At CricketShirtsPK, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original packaging (if applicable).
Not be damaged due to misuse.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Personalised cricket shirts with custom names or numbers.
Custom-designed cricket shirts created according to customer specifications.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.

However, if a customised product arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong customisation, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for eligible products, subject to stock availability. Personalised and custom-designed products are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved. If a refund is approved, it will be issued using a mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch. Once a custom cricket shirt has entered production or an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
